How It Works

Thanks for shopping at FIFIBELLS GIFTS. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have proof of purchase. Breakages to wax melts during transit does not count as faulty, this is sometimes unavoidable.   Unfortunately we are unable to process returns or exchanges if you change your mind on a fragrance, either on receipt of the product or once they have been burned. Products that arrive with us in an unsaleable condition may be subject to a reduction on the refund value.

 

How to Return - You may wish to choose a delivery service that ensures your parcel is to the value of the goods being returned. We would recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery options and always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Sale items 

Only full priced items may be refunded, therefore any items purchased in any of our sales are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
