When you have access to a pool or the sea, the heat is great, but on days like today I struggle to keep cool.
These are my two favourite products for keeping cool in the day and getting a restful night’s sleep.
During the day I’m spritzing Peppermint Essential Room Mist around my work area and onto cooling pads. Peppermint is known to lesion the effects of heat and the cold, it’s also great for nausea and easing symptoms of heat exhaustion.
Peppermint is also wonderful scent for uplifting, creating focus, calm and easing nerves. However, not if you’re a spider! They hate the smell of Peppermint! Making Peppermint the perfect natural remedy to repel spiders. A spider uses its legs to smell and taste and will avoid crawling through anywhere this strong fragrance is, so spitz in areas of your home you are having problems with spiders. But remember spiders are our friends they are great and getting rid of flies, anyone that follows me, knows how I feel about flies!!!!!
Sleepy Lavender Pillow Mist, this is a must have in our home! The perfect addition to your bedtime routine. Spritz onto your pillow and allow the magic of English Lavender to quieten your mind and drift off into a peaceful slumber. On a hot evening I open my windows and close my blinds and spritz them with Sleepy Lavender, the scent lingers and blows though the bedrooms all night, aiding to a restful slumber.
